Çorba Isıtıcısı
Çorba ısıtıcıları genellikle büfelerde, kafeteryalarda, aş evlerinde kullanılan bir makinedir. Çorbayı servis anına kadar sıcak bir şekilde tutması için üretilmiştir. Çorba ısıtıcılarının en çok tercih edilen modeli ısıtma şekli benmari usulü olarak tabir edilen çorba ısıtıcı makinesidir. Benmari usulü olan bu çorba ısıtıcısı sıcak su sayesinde çorbayı sıcak tutan bir modelidir.
Büyük ölçekli olan yemek üretim tesisleri de çorba ısıtıcısı makinesini kullanırlar. Çorba ısıtma makineleri sadece çorba ısıtmak için kullanılmazlar. Güveçler, sulu yemekler ve sosları ısıtmak içinde kullanılan makinelerdir. Çorba ısıtıcı makinelerin kullanım yelpazesi geniş olduğundan birçok yemek üretim tesisinde bulunan bir mutfak aletidir çorba ısıtıcısı.
Çorba Isıtıcısı Çalışma Şekli
Çorba ısıtma makinelerinin çalışma şekli içerisindeki çorbayı direkt olarak ısıtmaz. Öncelikle dış kazandaki su ısıtılır. Isıtılacak olan çorba bu kazanın içine yerleştirilir. Kazandaki suyun sıcaklığı çorbayı istenilen nitelikte ısıtır. Bu biçimde olan çorba ısıtma makineleri sıcaklığı sadece kazanın altına vermediğinden dolayı tercih edilir. Kazanın tüm alanlarına yayılan sıcaklık çorbanın dibinin tutmasını engeller ve çorba saatlerce sabit sıcaklıkta kalabilir.
Çorba ısıtıcılarının çorba alma kapasitesi 2.5 litre ve 10 litre arasında değişiklik gösterir. Farklı modellerde çorba ısıtıcıları vardır. Termostatlı çorba ısıtıcıları ve elektrikli çorba ısıtıcıları bu farklı modellerdendir. Yemekhane tesislerinde de çorba ısıtıcıları kullanılır. Yemekhanelerde, kafeteryalarda ve büfelerde kullanılan bu çorba ısıtıcıları kullanım açısından kolay olduğu için sıklıkla tercih edilir.
