Gıda Mikseri – Pastane Mikseri – Planet Mikser

Gıda Mikserleri
Gıda mikserleri, gıdaları işlemede önemli işleve sahip olan mutfak ürünleridir. Gıda mikserlerinin farklı çeşitleri vardır. Karıştırma işlemi ile birlikte homojen ve pürüzsüz ürünlerin elde edilmesini sağlarlar. Profesyonel mutfaklar ve ev mutfakları için mikserler büyük öne arz etmektedirler. Özellikle hamur ile çalışan fırın, pastane gibi gıda işletmeleri gıda mikserlerine ihtiyaç duyarlar.
Gıda Mikserleri Nedir
Gıda mikserleri ile hem sıvılar karıştırılabilir hem de hamur yoğrulabilir. Gıdam mikserleri güç ve devir sayılarına göre mikser ve hamur yoğurma makinesi olarak adlandırılır. Monofaze ve trifaze çalışan mikserler olarak güç kaynaklarına göre ikiye ayrılırlar. Mikserler yüksek devirde çalışmalıdır. Çırpıcı özelliğe de sahip gıda mikserleri vardır. El mikserleri diye adlandırılan küçük ev mutfaklarında kullanılan mikserlerde karıştırıcı özellik vardır.
Gıda mikserlerinin en çok kullanılan türü ise stand tipli mikserlerdir. Stand mikserleri hem haur yoğurabilir hem de kek gibi çırpma işlemi gerektiren yiyecekleri çırpabilir. Gıda mikserlerinin hızlı bir şekilde gıdaları işlemesi için hız ayarları vardır. Hız ayarları her gıda mikserinde aynı değildir farklı farklı hız ayarları vardır. El mikseri üzerinde bulunan hız ayarı ile stand tipli mikserlerde bulunan hız ayarı farklıdır.
Gıda mikserlerinin farklı aparatları vardır. Bu aparatlar sayesinde ihtiyaca uygun şekilde gıdalar işlenebilmektedir. Hamur çengeli aparatı, bu mikser aparatı C şeklindedir. Pizza veya ekmek hamuru gibi hamurların yoğurulması için gerekli olan aparattır. Düz çırpıcı aparatı, bu aparat havalandırma gerektirmeyen gıdaları işlerken kullanılır. Kurabiye ve cheese cake için uygun bir aparattır. Çırpma teli aparatı, bol miktarda havalandırma gerektiren gıdaları işlerken kullanılan bir aparattır. Kek, beze, krema ve şekerli krema bu aparat için uygun olan gıdalardır.
Gıda Mikserleri Fiyatları
Gıda mikserlerinin fiyatları hangi amaçla kullanılacağına göre değişmektedir. Hamur yoğurmak için kullanılan gıda mikserleri, çırpma işlemi için kullanılan gıda mikserlerinden pahalı olur. Gıda mikserlerinin aparatları, ebat ve şekli de fiyatını etkileyen faktörler arasındadır. Gıda mikserlerinin kolay kullanılabilir ve ergonomik yapıda olmaları da fiyatları etkiler.
